These terms apply to abitslotty.com, including the client area and the team area (together, the “site”), run by A Bit Slotty! (“we”). By using the site you accept them. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
Accounts
- Accounts are by invitation only and are personal: don't share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account.
- Keep your password safe and use two-factor authentication where we ask you to. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- We may suspend or close an account, for example if it's misused or your organisation's relationship with us ends.
Using the site
- Use the site only for its business purpose: working with us on our games.
- Don't try to get around security or access controls, access areas or data you haven't been given, copy the site in bulk (for example with scrapers), or disrupt it.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
Confidential information
Information in the client area and the team area, including roadmaps, game details, maths, documents and unreleased material, is confidential. Use it only for your organisation's work with us, and share it only with people in your organisation who need it, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Our games, names, logos, artwork, documents and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use materials we provide for their intended purpose, such as marketing our games under your agreement with us or your distributor, following any guidelines we supply. Nothing else is licensed.
Your agreements with us come first
If you or your organisation have a separate agreement with us or with a distributor, that agreement takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but provide it “as is” and may change or pause it. Information on the site, such as game figures, may change; your agreement and the final certified materials are what count. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and the courts of Spain deal with any disputes. Questions: legal@abitslotty.com.
